Ways to Help

Have you felt called to contribute to the well-being of your local shelter dogs, but you're not sure how? We sometimes believe that the only way to do it is by adopting a pet, but we all know this isn't something we can commit to every time we feel this calling to help. The good news is there are many meaningful ways you can make a difference for dogs waiting for homes- from volunteering your time, to spreading the word, to offer professional skills and more!

We invite you to check out the following list of our local dog rescues, humane societies, and community-focused groups to explore all your possibilities to make an impact on saving lives and advocating for these animals.
