  • Are you a Certified Pet Professional?
    Yes! I am Fear Freeâ„¢ Certified- trained to enhance the emotional and physical wellbeing of dogs by utilizing science-based techniques aimed at improving our ability to create a positive, fear-anxiety-stress free experience for pets. I am First Aid and CPR Certified- prepared to identify the signs of a pet's life-threatening emergency, create a plan and know basic skills for limiting damage or starting treatment for some common emergencies in dogs. I am also a proud member of Pet Sitters International- the world's leading educational organization for professional pet sitters.
  • Are you insured?
    Yes! Your dog and home are very important to us. We are insured through Business Insurers of the Carolinas with the broadest liability coverage for the pets and properties under our care. Our insurance policy details are available upon request during your Meet and Greet.
  • What is your service area?
    We proudly serve families in Northern Indianapolis, Carmel, Fishers, Geist, Southern Westfield and Southern Noblesville.
  • What are your hours of operation?
    Our hours of operation are from 9:00am- 9:00pm, 7 days a week.
  • Do I need a Meet and Greet?
    Yes, a Meet and Greet is required for new clients prior to starting services. It allows us to introduce each other and to meet your pet. During this time we will discuss their specific needs, create a personalized plan for their care and to answer any questions. Meet and Greets for new clients are complimentary, should take around 30 minutes and must take place at least 48 hr prior to starting services.
  • Do you offer boarding services in your house?
    We provide personalized care in the comfort of your home. Keeping your dog in their consistent routine, comfortable and surrounded by familiar sounds, sights and smells reduces stress, anxiety and risks of illnesses. We focus sole on your pet in their familiar environment, allowing you to relax and enjoy your time away.
  • Do you require proof of vaccination?
    Yes. Proof of vaccination record is required. Your dog must be up to date with Rabies, Distemper and Bordetella vaccines prior to starting services.
  • Do you stay overnight in my house?
    We offer Extended Pet Sitting in the comfort of your home, a very customizable service "almost overnight" that our VPs families love. It starts with a minimum of 3 visits p/day, allowing your dog to stay in his safe environment with company, walks, playtime and love throughout the day until bedtime. Additional visits are available at a discounted rate.
  • Do you offer cat care services?
    We love all types of animals. However, at this time Village Pups pet services are exclusively for dogs. We do not offer care for cats or other animals.
  • Is there any additional charge?
    Holidays- Add. $10 p/day for bookings during the following holidays: Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year Day Third Dog- Our Dog Walking, Pet Sitting, Extended Pet Sitting and Adventure Hikes rates include a maximum of 2 dogs from the same household. An additional dog, for a maximum of 3 dogs per household is $10. Last Minute Requests- Add. $15 p/day for bookings requested less than 24 hr prior to the date of service.
  • What is your reservation policy?
    Booking requests must be made as follows: - Dog Walking/ Pet Sitting- at least 3 days prior to the date of service - Extended Pet Sitting/ Adventure Hikes- at least 7 days prior to the date of service A 50% deposit is required to book services. The remainder balance will be due 3 days prior to the date of service. Payments must be sent to Village Pups, LLC via Venmo, PayPal or credit card.
  • What is your payment policy?
    A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required to book services. The remainder will be due 3 days prior to the date of service. Payments must be sent to Village Pups, LLC via Venmo, PayPal or credit card. Reservations with an outstanding balance less than 3 days prior to the date of service will be cancelled and no refund shall be granted.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    A full refund of your payment is available if a cancellation request is received: Dog Walking/ Pet Sitting- no later than 3 days before services begin Extended Pet Sitting/ Adventure Hikes- no later than 7 days before services begin A 50% refund of your payment is available if services are cancelled later than the days specified above. All refunds will be processed via your original form of payment.

Get your Meet & Greet scheduled! Select the date that works best for you. We will come to your house to introduce ourselves, learn about your pup, their specific needs and to answer any questions.
